The administrative system of DiST envisions internal autonomy and interdepartmental collaboration as its key elements. This approach helps us to be as close as possible to where it matters: the individual student and the level of motivation he/she brings to his/her learning process. As a result, DiST could develop a highly effective mentoring system where individual initiative and creativity are fostered and skills in teamwork are enhanced in the best possible manner. With the help of this supportive system, students, from the very beginning of their academics, are capable of appreciating the educational method that we employ at DiST: the core of which consists in continuous interaction, quality exposure to real-life issues and challenges and intensive teamwork – all with the aid of modern technology and experienced faculty.
