Grievance Redressal Mechanism is a part of any administration. An organization can claim to be accountable, responsive and accessible only if it has a well-established and effective grievance redress mechanism. It is to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration.
To position DiST as the Institute that assures exemplarary fairness to all its studennts and other stakeholders in all its dealings.
Through an accessible and effective grievance redressal mechanism ensure fairness in all our dealings which in turn boost the morale and sense of justice of our students.
