ICC Internal Complaints Committee has been established in De Paul Institute of Science & Technology, (DiST), Angamaly to provide a healthy and congenial atmosphere to the staff and students of the college.

The main purpose of the committee is to prevent discrimination and sexual harassment, by promoting gender amity among students and employees, to deal with cases of discrimination and sexual harassment against women, in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized and recommend appropriate corrective action against the guilty to the Management.

ICC focuses to conduct sensitization, awareness programmes, counselling sessions for the students and staff of the college.

Mission

Prevent discrimination and sexual harassment, by promoting gender amity among students and employees.
Deal with cases of discrimination and sexual harassment against women, in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized and termination of the harassment.

Objectives

1. To prevent discrimination and promote gender amity among students and employees.
2. To conduct “Sensitization Programmes.""
3. Recommend appropriate disciplinary action against the guilty.
