Management Placement Cell activities involves the following 8 steps.
- Step 1: Formation of Student Placement Team.
- Step 2: Start of preparations for the design and print of
Recruiter’s Manual.
- Step 3: Start of Aptitude Training & Soft Skill Training
(REVIVE in two phases) 60 hours
each.
- Step 4: COGNIZANCE- Release of the Recruiter’s Manual.
- Step 5: Sending invitations to maximum corporate to the first
placement season.
- Step 6: Conduct of exclusive and pool recruitment drives.
- Step 7: Sending invitations to maximum corporate to the final
placement season.
- Step 8: Conduct of Carpe diem, the formal culmination of
Placements of the academic year.
