Angamaly Marathon

Jeevathara Foundation, in collaboration with De Paul College, proudly organized a powerful and inspiring marathon as part of our ongoing Anti-Drug Campaign, aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promoting a healthy, substance-free lifestyle. The event witnessed an incredible turnout, with more than 2,000 enthusiastic participants from all walks of life joining hands to support the cause. The marathon was flagged off by prominent dignitaries including Roji M. John MLA, Anwar Sadath MLA, and Angamaly Municipal Chairman Sheyo Paul, whose presence and encouragement added immense value to the initiative.

The prize distribution ceremony was graced by a host of notable personalities, including Member of Parliament Benny Behanan, former MLA P. J. Joy, De Paul College Principal Rev. Fr. John Mangalath, former film actor Kishore Mathew, and renowned volleyball player Moideen Naina. Their participation and support helped amplify the message of the campaign, inspiring the youth and the community to take a stand against drug use. The marathon was not just a race, but a vibrant movement fueled by unity, purpose, and the shared dream of a drug-free society.
