To build a close relationship between students and teachers, mentoring acts as a strong pillar in the School of Commerce. In each class, students are classified into different groups, and one teacher takes charge as a mentor for each group.

This provides individual attention to every student. It assists students in identifying and overcoming academic and personal hurdles. The department also refers students who require expert care to counsellors.
