The department organizes many faculty development programs (FDPs) which have proven to be successful for improving teaching skills among faculty members. Faculty members are also encouraged to attend inter college as well as intra college FDPs. FDPs produce promising outcomes in the learning and teaching practices. Teachers in higher education should attend FDP training activities on regular basis for collaboration, professional growth, management and leadership abilities.
