The School of Media & Communication, Multimedia Department conducted BASIC PHOTOGRAPHY workshop on 27th JULY 2023. 21 Students of BA MM 2023 participated in this workshop. Session was handled by Mr Vinod Lal RV technical trainer for Canon. It was an industry training with 2 professional cameras and its techniques. Student got a rare opportunity to interact with the professional and hands-on training too. This was an enlightening session for the media aspirants.
The School of Media and Communication (Department of Animation) in association with IQAC Conducted one day workshop on Modeling techniques of Characters in Maya for BAAV22 on 18th December 2023 at Dist Mother Theresa Block Third floor Classroom No.305. The resource person is Premod P Sankar. Students got an opportunity to have practical knowledge in Modelling a character and Rigging a character with advance functions.
The School of Media & Communication organized a voice modulation workshop on 27th June, 2023, specifically designed for the students of MAJMC 21 and MAJMC 22. The workshop aimed to enhance the students' understanding and skills in the field of voice modulation, with RJ Vinu serving as the facilitator. The session provided a comprehensive introduction to the radio industry and encompassed various interactive activities. Students were given a glimpse into the diverse aspects of radio, including its history, functions, and relevance in today's media landscape.

The resource person is Maneesh MM, Match Moving Artist working in International Movie Projects. Students got an opportunity to have practical knowledge in Match moving techniques in movie projects.
The School of Media and Communication (Journalism) organised a Magazine Journalism workshop for MAJMC 21 on 30th July at 10:30AM. The resource person was Mr. Giby Joseph, Deputy Manager, Circulation, Mathrubhumi. The welcome address was given by Janitha Sankar, student of MAJMC21. The workshop was a two-hour long session in which topics related to Magazine Journalism were covered.

Students got an opportunity to have practical knowledge in Miniature Making and Texturing the Set Design.
