The School of Media and Communication gives a good platform for the faculties to engage in media research. We have faculties with good research backgrounds with two doctoral degree and four MPhil degrees. Many faculty members have presented media research papers in both National and International seminars and conferences in various Indian Universities. We have faculties who have attended various courses and camps to enable themselves to have updated knowledge to impart to their students. One of faculties has presented their art works in various renowned exhibitions all over Kerala. Two of our faculties have got recognition in the field of Cinema and Drama for their innovative acting styles and presentations both internationally and nationally. One of our faculties has written and published book on Lighting which is a contribution to the field of Film and Theatre studies.
