The department is committed to the holistic development of the students. Every student is given ample support through a three tire mentoring system, viz. the class animators counselling, mentoring by the assigned mentor who compulsorily does it at least twice in a semester and by the college official counselor. The department has an inherent culture to maintain the mentor and mentee relationship professional, progressive and positive.
