Batchelor of Social Work (Honours) programme is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation necessary for a career in social work. Some key components typically found in BSW programs are Social Work Theory and Practice, Field Education/Internships, Social Welfare Policy and Research, Diversity and Social Justice, Ethical and Professional Standards etc. As a Social work professional he/she strives to improve the well-being and quality of life of individuals, families, groups, and communities. They provide support, advocacy, and assistance to people facing various challenges and help them navigate complex systems to access resources and services. The program also offers specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work and Development Social Work .

Eligibility

A pass in Plus Two or equivalent examination or an examination recognized by MG University.
